        Send photo copy of deposit slip to via Fax 4541426 or via email to magnegosyo@globalpinoy.com together with the Dealer Information and your Celphone Number. Or; you may prepare a Manager's Cheque in the amount = Php 16,000.00 for payment of Dealership Accreditation payable to the company PORTAL INNOVATIONS CORPORATION.

         Send the Manager's Cheque together with the completed form to:

        Your Dealer's ID#, Registration Security Code and Product Pack Sales Code will be sent to your Address or via your Contact Number.


        Dealer's ID#, Registration Security Code at Product Pack Sales Code ay ipapadala sa iyong celphone # upang makapag-simula ng sariling negosyo.

          Use this command to register as Dealer via SMS.:

         Separate each field of information with a slash ("/"). Do not include "< >" signs.

        Step 1: Send your registration information and Registration Security Code (RSC) to the D2D Access Number
      D2D REG <SAN> <RSC> <5426506023> <Placement SAN>/<Position: A or B>/<Full Name>
            Wait for the system reply and follow instructions.

        Step 2: Send your Personal Details to the D2D Access Number
      D2D BIO <SAN>/<PIK> <Sex: M or F>/<Birth date: mm-dd-yyyy format>/<House # and Street>/<Barangay>/<City or Municipality>/<Province>/<ZIP
         Code>

        Step 3: Send your Product Pack Sales Code (PPSC) to register your Dealer business pack purchase for your account
